The speakers on one of the chairs was not working so we had to take it apart. Luckily someone was able to fix it. Since it is a cross border purchase it would have been a hassle to return. Service Review The only problem I had was when the chair was delivered nobody was home and it was just left on my door step out in the open. All it would have took was someone coming by and noticing it and they could have taken it without me even knowing. Luckly for me a family member came home in time to see it and brought it inside for me. Other than that, everything was fine. Fast delivery. I might have to give it a second thought before I order again though, just for the purpose of I dont want things left on my door step. Especially a $250 dollar item or more. Was this helpful? Connected it to the video game console and had it wirelessly transmitted to both Pulse Boom Chairs and the kids loved their game play. They say the chair literally "rattles my brain", and the sound is awesome. The colors match perfectly with their play room colors. Great buy! Service Review Delivery/ shipment was a little expensive, should have option to send to Post Offices where they take delivery as well, and US Domestic shipments are cheaper, and as reliable as the other private shipping companies.
