Overview

Here’s one of Little Tikes' sports toys that’s great for growing toddlers. This terrific basketball set adjusts to six heights from 2 1/2 to 4 feet. An oversize rim and a junior size basketball ensure that baskets are easier to make, encouraging more active, winning play. The base can be weighted with sand (not included) for stability.

our 18 month old loved it from the start...the lowest setting is perfect for him and too small for our oldest which was the plan. This way the youngest has his own hoop. He can palm the ball and wrap it around and dunk and has even gotten pretty good at dribbling with a real ball now. Peaked his interest right away!

Nice, but a bit bulky for city living

Our kids go hot and cold on playing with this. In general I dont think it is worth the space it takes up in our house. Very large and awkward to move it around.

great for active toddlers!

My 21 month old son is SUPER active and loves all things sports. He had played with my mom's little tikes basketball goal at her house, but it was the bigger one, so shooting was difficult. This goal solves the height issues by allowing it to be adjusted to a toddler's height.

Great for so many ages

My daughter loves this toy, and I do too! It is actually fun for both of us to use together. It develops her motor skills while she is having fun. It is well-made and stands up well even to Wisconsin's harsh weather without falling in the wind (though I definitely recommend filling it with the suggested amount of sand). I love the adjustable height so this toy will grow with my daughter - she is 4 years old, and I anticipate she will even be able to play with this with her 1 year old sister this summer.

Exactly what I wanted!

The kids are one and two years old and are learning coordination. The baby puts more than just the ball through the hoop and it holds together.

Exactly what we wanted!

This is exactly what we wanted. We purchased another one like this where the rim kept falling off the back of it. This however, stays put and NEVER falls off. My 18 month old son loves it! Some others say it falls off too, but they might not have locked in/pushed hard enough to make sure the rim stays put. It's a great buy!!
