Amazing product I never thought a small heater would be this awesome. The controls a slightly difficult to get but once you do it's really easy. It's a bit heavy but it's solid so that's great. I live in an unfinished basement so it's hard to find a heater that can compete with these conditions...this thing is a little horse! Love it! |

VERY Displeased Product Review After reading the reviews, I purchased 2 of these heaters only 3 months ago. I'm VERY displeased. After only 3 months one of the heaters went out. Wayfair subcontract the replacement parts to another company. The customer service rep would not let me speak to a tech, said that he would call me back. He did 5 days later and left a voicemail! When I tried to call back, it was a repeat of the same thing! I called Wayfair again to complain, they said they would fix the problem but due to their "limited warranty" I would have to mail this HEAVY heater back to them spending 53.85! I just mailed it off. I would NEVER buy another item from them and I planned to buy 6 more for our apartments! Bad, product, terrible customer service. Save your money! Service Review Terrible service. Save yourself the headache and deal with a more reputable company. |

Good Heater for smaller rooms Heater is not ideal for rooms with high ceilings (9 ft or higher) or over 600 sq feet in colder climates with loads of windows. Ideal for average size bedrooms with carpet and does the job. Could not heat my sunroom of 300 sq feet. Excellent comments from those in CA and warmer states and that would be expected but rather suspect in colder States. Really don't know what the difference is between Eden Pure and these. Bought an Eden Pure and it could not do the job either. All have the same concept therefore I don't understand what makes one better than the other. Very nice cabinet and compact size is an attribute. |

efficient heat Product Review I bought this for a room that was an addition to the house with nearly floor to ceiling windows on 3 sides. We had an old gas fired wall heater in this room but it eventually died so we replaced it with this. Because it heats objects you feel very warm in the room and since it doesn't heat the air it is pretty easy on the electric bill. Service Review Arrived on time in perfect condition. |

Great concept, excellent quality Product Review Bought a new home a few months ago that is an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings that I was spending a fortune heating. Wanted to try this but can't honestly say that it is effectively heating my living room (approx. 350 sq ft or 15' x 20') when you have high ceilings like that. It works beautifully however, the remote is a nice feature, it immediately generates heat. I had it on my carpet & kept checking it every 5 minutes by moving it around & the carpet wasn't even warm so it seems very safe! I would recommend this product if you don't have high ceilings. Service Review quick, well packaged |

Nice Marriage of Beauty and Function Product Review The Lifesmart infrared heater was just what I expected, but which is the definition of quality: The price and product matching the expectations. It is an attractive piece of furniture and does not look like a cheap space heater added to a room. It looks like it belongs in the room. It is not noisy. It distributes the warmed air evenly and supplements the main heating system to bring up the temperature in my home office to a more comfortable level without raising it to a level my wife doesn't like in the part of the house where she is. I got two and plan on getting two or three more. Downside: According to the directions, you should place the unit three feet away from anything around it. If you follow that to the letter, you will have to put the unit practically in the middle of an average room, which is not practical and could pose a tripping hazard in and of itself. I suspect this caution may be found on any space heater for liability purposes and is not a limitation of this particular unit. Service Review The unit was quickly delivered, and well packaged and arrived undamaged. |

Nice and Toasty This is a nice little heater. It's on wheels so you can easily move it around and out of the way if you don't need it. Heats up quickly and the remote is super handy. |
