Update 5/7/2026: we're roughly 6 months in to owning 2 of these chairs and issues with failed stitching on the arms has started. We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse.. Purchased chair, the Pendaray Home Theater char looks great but not exactly perfectly comfortable. I chose to give up a little comfort to be able to get out of the chair in 5 seconds or less instead of 00 seconds or more in the painfully slow motorized chairs. Over all I give high marks for quality, hansom looks and the speed in which I can get out of the chair.
