Love the quality of this spoon! Cleans so easily and use it on almost everthing I cook. Only dissapointment was in the color. It is poorly representd online. Most Le Creuset items in the Carribean blue color have more turqoise in them. When I actually recieved the 3 utensils I'd ordered I thought they'd made a mistake and sent the wrong color because they were so much darker and more green looking than the online pictures."..." This spatula isn't super extraordinary, or at least it shouldn't be, but it is just what a rubber spatula ought to be, which puts it above the rest. I wanted to give it a three star rating, because I am honestly not super impressed with it, but then I tried to think of a rubber spatula I was really impressed with, and they are few and far between. If nothing else, the fact that Le Creuset heat tempers their silicone to 800 degrees is going above and beyond. 400 is not hard to find, but I hardly feel really safe working with something tempered to less than 600, and it's almost impossible to find such a spat, reasonably priced, that's not so God-awful-ugly (cooking is an art, the muse flows more freely when you love your instruments) that I loathe to look upon it, much less keep it in my kitchen or hold it in my hand.
