I am enjoying the product and I'm very satisfied with it, but the review only got 3 stars is because the website stated that there were 2 in stock when I order it but got an email from Wayfair a day or so before it was suppose to arrive stating that it has been delayed waiting for it to come in from the manufacturer. I do give them credit that Wayfair updated me on the progress and it came sooner than the 2nd notice stated it would be coming in. I would like to see better communication between actual inventory and the website's listing of quantities available.

Seems like a well made product and looks nice. The shower head angle/direction is fixed.

I was really impressed by the quality when I unpacked this and 6 months later I love it still. Kohler isn't cheap but the money is well-spent.

This product was purchased after reading many, many reviews, product website information (including care, installation, etc). The price on this site was unbeatable. The entire product is metal. It's solid and sturdy. Not like the "cheap" plastic stuff from other manufacturers. The installation was quite easy and fairly quick. The product looks spectacular and works even better. If you're in the market for a product like this, I highly recommend it. I have already recommended this site and this product to friends and family.
