We just gutted and reno'd our kitchen to all brand new. Someone recomended Wayfair to me and we found this awesome faucet quickly and easily. [...]We were worried it was going to feel and look cheap, you never know. It is hard to tell from a website photo, but ít's a very sturdy and heavy faucet. I knew as soon as I opened the box that we had a great product. The tip pulls out to get every inch of the 33" sink, and compared to other simular brands, it is all metal not plastic! I would highly recomend this faucet to someone looking for a contempary, modern, somewhat industrial look for their kitchen, but still soft and elegant. My whole family LOVES our new Delta Touch 2 0 faucet! This faucet is both beautiful & functional. It is so easy & fun to use! I can't believe other faucet manufacturers haven't developed their own versions of Delta's Touch 2 0 by now. I had my plumber install it, so I can't comment about its ease of installation, except to say that he didn't have any problems. I had read some customer feedback on another website about it being a very tall faucet with potential splashing issues, so I had it installed 4 inches from the back of the sink, instead of the standard 2 1/2 inches. It works great at that distance. I also like the way the pull-out spout magnetically attaches to the neck of the faucet. The style of this faucet looks fabulous in my contemporary style kitchen, and coordinates well with my stainless steel appliances. I can't think of any negatives except that it might not look as good in a more traditional style kitchen. I would love it if Delta would make Touch 2 0 faucets for bathrooms!"..."  Read more

We were looking for a high quality faucet and sprayer that didn't have open access from the deck to the space under the sink. On other pull-down or pull-out faucets, the gaskets are imperfect and we always wind up with moisture under the sink. Dirt and food get into the sprayer shaft, etc.... Plus, the pulley systems that raise and lower the sprayer take up a lot of space and get caught up on other things stored under the sink. They never seem to work smoothly. Having worked in restaurants in college, I knew that commercial dishwashing faucets/sprayers solved these problems. In addition, we wanted a faucet that would last. Our previous faucet fell apart, literally, even though it was a well-known name brand. The painted finished peeled off and even worse, it was filled with sand, which eventually started leaking out. Big box stores sell faucets in the same price range that are vastly inferior - some are even plastic!! This faucet is amazing! Very solid and works perfectly. The directions for installation could be better, but it was fairly easy to figure out what needed to be changed. Maybe an error in translation from German to English? Similar faucets we found were 10-20 times as much. This is a great deal!! Since our sink has three holes, we bought two soap dispensers to plug in. We fill one with hand soap and the other with diswashing soap. Work great. Some other reviews criticize the bottles that come with, but these could probably be replace, maybe even with a commercial soap bottle?"..."  Read more

This faucet was professionally installed as we were also installing a new sink and had other plumbing projects. Our polished chrome faucet is very nice looking with good materials, BUT it is not slim or sleek in any way. It is an imposing presence on top of the sink we have (Kohler Langlade self-rimming sink). I am still trying to get used to it. I wish it could have been available with a separate handle to reduce some of the bulk. I love the spray to stream availability while the faucet is in place, the main reason I selected this model along with the moderate overall height of the faucet and Vermont low lead qualification. The sprayer seems to be strong with its ball bearing joint but I anticipate I will not frequently use it. There is a small amount of water that drips from the faucet after the faucet is shut off, similar to a showerhead -- probably due to the long hose going to the faucet."..."  Read more
