Kaiser Bakeware's Tinplate Springform Pan is made the ''Kaiser Way,'' and features the high-quality tinned steel preferred by traditional bakers for its performance. The smooth tinned surface and ''waffle'' design on the bottom creates a stick-resistant surface. The combination of the steel gauge and the silver color allow the pan to absorb the proper amount of heat to produce a perfectly brown crumb and a moist, tender inside. Prepare the pan for baking by brushing with butter or oil and dusting with a light coating of flour.

Absolutely love the pan I absolutely love this sprinform pan. I made Christmas cheesecake with the pan and it works wonderfully. My order went great and the pan came in good time. |

Kaiser Springform Pan My wife looked in many local stores and national chain kitchen stores for a 10 inch springform pan for making cheese cakes. She found 8 and 9inch pans but no 10 inch pans. I found it on Wayfair and she was really inpressed with the quality of the pan upon receiving it. She has turned out some awesome cheescakes and I'm very happy, thanks to Wayfair on the internet. |

7 Inch measures at 6 1/2 inchs I like the pans. So far they work well but time will tell about thier durability. My only complaint is that the 7 inch pan is actually only 6 1/2 inchs. I have 7 inch circles and boxes. The 10 inch pans are 10 inchs. |

A great pan at a great price! Ordered 2 of the Kaiser Tinplate Springform Pans a month ago and have only used them once. They seem like nice, sturdy pans - no problems yet. The pans didn't leak and the cakes didn't stick to the bottoms or sides, so they did what I needed them to do. |
