I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. I've been sleeping on this mattress for many months now and can confidently say that is has been a great experience. I had some issues with this order, but as always, wayfair gave great customer service. When the mattress replacement arrived, however it had some sunken areas. Unfortunately, it still has not taken shape. The mattress is comfortable, but the areas that didn't rise make it a little awkward. Not sure if it was the way it was packaged.
