The multi-point star motif is an American legacy. Colonial sconce makers amplified the candle’s firelight glow by fitting a concave backplate with a starburst array of mirrored glass panes. Picking up on this tradition, we cut Barton’s twenty wedged facets from a solid crystal block. Set against a plated nickel backdrop, Barton’s silvery crystal star reflects the warm light its pleated silk shade pthes out toward it.
