Good item but needs improvement

Got one of these, The first one was defective and thank God that Wayfair sent me a second one. It turned out messed up as well, until I decided to open the second one and see what was going on with it. The material of the wire is what may contribute to its getting messed up in addition to the way the actual wire is rolled (top or bottom). If they are not rolled all the same way one can be stretching while another shrinking. Anyway, after opening it and fixing it now it works well without any issues. It is a good product but I would still work on putting a better wire on it to avoid any issues when rolling it out.

We are able to hang several loads of clothes at one time. We needed lines that would extend a full 34 feet and all others we looked at were much shorter.
I bought another one!

This clothesline replaces one that I wore out. My daughter-in-law saw it and she wanted one, too. So I bought her one for Christmas (in July), and she likes it so much she told all her friends about it on her facebook page!
This is my Second purchase

I love this retractable clothes line. This is my second one. The First one lasted about 20 years. I like the fact that it mounts easily to the side of the house, and you only pull it out when your using it, so you don't have ugly clothes lines and poles spoiling the look of your yard.Definitely worth the money, but reasonably priced.

lines do not stay taught. Hours spent re-tying and/or trying to get all lines even.

This is a great idea but I got it for my house and I have vinyl siding I really don't think its going to hold so I'm giving it to my sister in-law would has wood siding.

Product fits my needs. Previous product that was replaced lasted many years. This was the reason I purchased the same brand.
