Jumbo Wizard Composter

I just bought this composter, so I haven't had it long enough to have a batch completed yet. Super easy to set up. I would like to see some improvement on some type of handholds to make it a little easier to turn. You need to be sure you line up the threads on the lid carefully when you close the lid. The threads do not line up easily. According to the instructions you should be able to have a completed batch of compost in as little as 2 weeks. I have had mine up and going for a week and I have my doubts that the first batch will be done next weekend. I am looking forward to the first completed batch of compost. Overall seems like a good composter for the price.
So far so good

I haven't had my composter long enough to make a batch yet, so a five star rating is waiting for final results. But so far so good! My composter has been full for about a week and a half. It is nice and warm on the bottom - definitely composting! It takes some effort to turn, I put a foot on one handhold, grab around and pull it towards me. I would not call it easy, and smaller people might have some trouble. Mine is mostly full of horse manure, with some kitchen waste and yard waste. I opened the lid today and it is starting to smell earthy!

We got this composter kind of late in the season (October). It's meant to be used in warmer weather to do it's job properly, so for now it's not composting quickly as it should. I'm hoping when spring / summer comes it'll do its job properly. I was hoping it would hold more than what it does, however I did put some bigger brush / weed type plants into it to start and I know that it does take some time for them to break down. Also the lid is a screw on type with threads and it's every easy to cross-thread it when putting the lid back on and any dirt or debris that falls onto the threads when putting composting material into the composter can cause the lid to not screw on properly too. It does tumble and spin properly if on level ground. Therefore for the capacity and cross-threading of the lid I gave this composter 4 stars.
Best Deal I Could Find.

Wayfair had the best price by the time shipping was included. I think the composter is decent for the price. It comes completely assembled and is the largest roller I could find on the market. It has plastic threads for the lid and can easily be cross threaded and stripped, be careful. The rollers could stand to be bigger so the barrel would not drag along the base when rotated. All considered, I think it is a reasonable deal for the price paid. It is functional and I think I'll turn out some pretty good compost!

This is a big composter. I have an irrigation line running though the holes to help with the moisture levels being in the hot South West. This composter holds a lot. when it gets full spinning it can be a chore if you are small of frame. I really like this composter and will be on the look out for a second one that is slightly smaller for a back up composter.
Great Product, Easy to use

I have order numerous items from Wayfair and have been completely satisfied with all of them. This compost wizard came quickly, set up in about 5 minutes and was exactly as described. I had looked at many styles and thought this size and style would fit my needs. I like it so much I'm planning on buying another. I just started using it, so no compost yet, but easy access to compost, easy to turn (I filled it immediately out of the box). I used some compost starter so hopefully it won't take too long to have some rich compost.
Good design, but big!

I love this composter. I have had it about a month now and have been slowly adding to it - the only smell is when you open it, otherwise, it has no odor. It is easy to spin and easy to move. The size is also very nice. I prefer this to any other composter I have used because of the ease of rotating it and the lack of smell.
Going well so far

Large composter. Easy to turn. Working on our first batch. Not going as fast as they claim , but it is just starting to heat up here in FL.
So far so good

I can only speak to the initial phase - the composter arrived promptly and requires no assembly. That actually is a big plus, since the reviews of many other composers indicate assembly issues ranging from irritating to horrific. So far so good - it's sturdy, large enough to compost materials properly, rotates easily and has a hatch that's a reasonable size for adding materials. I'm hopeful :)
