The handles made it easy to lift out of the water bath and the seal of the pan kept the crust from getting soggy. The glass bottom was perfect for serving. Truthtalker from Ridgefield, CT	4.0 8/13/2009 High Quality Springform This pan is well made and the glass bottom is a real plus, allowing serving of the cake on the bottom, but beware of the use of metal utensils to free a baked cake from the pan sides! The non-stick coating is not particularly effective and a metal knife will scratch it easily. One could keep a plastic fast-food knife in the drawer for just this purpose. This bakewear is built to a high standard and the attached handles are undeniably useful and safer than grasping the sides of a hot pan. Was this helpful? Yes / No

It will not have the common problem that other cheescake pans have... rusting. The handles are great as well! Makes for easy in and out of the oven!! Even purchased one for mom! Was this helpful? Lin from california	5.0 3/28/2008 a great cheescake pan This is a great springform cheesecake pan. The cheescakes that I have made in my old pans never cooked evenly like this one did. They would stick to the bottom of the pan. With it's glass botttom the bottom crust cooked evenly and released easily. The handles made it easy to pick up and secure in my hands when the pan was hot.
