I hate chopping vegetables.I hate it sooo much that it is usually a task that the Hardworking Hubby is enlisted to do.I don't think he appreciates the job either.Apparently I've complained about how much I hate chopping veggies because the last few holiday seasons, I've received food choppers as Christmas gifts.you know, the kind you put the food under and then you smack it multiple times until everything is all chopped up and then you get to take it apart and clean everything.Yeah, those food choppers. And I've broken them both within the first week of owning them. That's when Wayfair stepped in and gave me the chance to try out a better item to get the veggies chopped.Ahhhh…..enter the Cuisinart Mini-Prep Food Processor.Do you hear the choir of angels singing? This thing spews awesomeness!I've used it to chop red onions, scallions, carrots, tomatoes, and the list goes on and on and on.I'm pretty sure my cutting board and knives are aware of the affair I'm having with my new food processor due to my lack of desire to use them.Oh, and the kids don't have a clue I've been sneaking veggies into the meatloaf either! That's a big W in the Win column for mom!Should I even go on to mention all of the other great things about this food processor?Okay, I will! It's super easy to clean! It's small so it fits right in my cupboard leaving room for other gadgets. It didn't cost me an arm and a leg.[...]Thank you Wayfair for making my life in the kitchen so much easier and thank you for relieving my Hardworking Hubby from is food chopping duties!"..."Read more
I use this product to mix batters, mince veggies and make all sorts of yummy food. I've never had a food processor before so I'm still figuring out all the wonderful ways I can use it. I love how easy it is to use and the quick cleanup. It's top rack dishwasher safe so it's perfect for a busy mom's kitchen. The only trouble I'm having with it is using the slice/shred disc. I can't seem to get my veggies to shred without them bouncing all around the feed tube but again, this may be due to my inexperience with a food processor and haven't found the "trick" to properly feeding.
I'm sure I'll use this food processor for years to come."..."Read more
I had had a different 2-in-1 brand but after several years of use the motor burnt out. I like that the food processor bowl is ample size. Suction cups on bottom help stabilize. Was concerned that I had 2-in-1 that had numerous settings, e.g. puree, but I don't think that will be a problem. Maybe if wanting crushed ice. It is loud but I think most food processors have that tendency. It is a large unit so may not save that much space. Overall, happy with the bowl size and price!"..."Read more
This little food processor is perfect for what it does. It chops nuts, veggies and everything else with ease. Don't expect this to do the same job as larger more expensive food processors, but if you need something that works on smaller jobs, for a really cheap price, this is the one."..."Read more
