works well the conversion kit works and is necessary but shipping took a while and it should be included with the mailboxes. |

did not know this part was required I ordered the mail box and explained to the sales person the exact application I was using it for (inter-office mail, low security) she told me the product was the one I wanted. I was led to believe that it was "complete" nothing more to purchase. When I took delivery I realized I did not have a master lock, I called and was told that was not included. I had to orded one at about %20 of what the total cost of the mailbox was. The product is quality and I am happy with it, just the "hidden cost" that I don't like. |
