It arrived quickly completely intact, neither of which happens often in Hawaii. The only reason I didnt give it the full 5 stars is because the assembly directions were confusing. A part was mislabeled on the diagram, and the illustrations lacked detail to show exactly how pieces should fit. It was kind of like a puzzle. 5 stars This is a gorgeous, real wood carved fireplace, no resin anywhere. It comes in 3 parts, 2 legs and top. Easy to assemble.
