It works... sort of

I live in FL, and thought this would be sufficient since we get very few cool nights here, but I am not a fan. It produces heat in an odd way. Only what the light hits is warmed and then only if you are very close to it. If you hold your arm under it about 3-4 feet, the lit side of your arm will feel nice and warm, but the under side of your arm where the light doesn't hit is just as cold as if you had nothing. Its weird... My bad for not looking at one in person first, but a traditional propane gas heater works much better at heating the air around you. With this, I find myself slowly turning to get warmed on all sides like a rotisserie chicken.
Barely enough for 2

It looks slick but does not provide enough heat for a whole table area. It can barely covers an area for 2 chairs. I also do not like its orange glow it radiate out on my face.
Great Outdoor Electric Heater

Very impressed with the quality and stability of this heater. Fits perfectly on my screened-porch and works very well in chilly weather. Not enough coverage for very cold temps, but then its time to go indoors anyway. Good value!

It is great to be able to direct the heat in the direction you need instead of trying to heat the whole yard.. Nice on / off switch. Very sturdy construction. Nice cover included

I love the small footprint of this heater. Most of them are big and bulky. Not so nice on a beautiful deck. Also love not dealing with propane. What a treat!
What a great idea!

Our downstairs gets cold in the winter due to the fact that we have a 3 season room that is mostly glass and not insulated as well as it could be. We bought this heater to warm up the area and to avoid making our central heat work overtime. It has worked out fabulously! We also move it outside to our patio area that has an electric awning with a drop down front. This heater keeps the whole outside patio warm! This heater is extremely well made and very easy to put together. The parts are of industrial quality. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

no on/off switch; afraid it will burn out outlet as it sparks each time it's plugged in
