There were missing partspieces and pieces that were misaligned. It took several calls into customer service as well as to the manufacturer to get all the kinks worked out. It was just poorly constructed. Once we got all the necessary pieces and better pieces, it went together fine. I have to say also that the carrier used to deliver this did a poor job handling it.
