So I ordered a sink from Wayfair and it came with dark spots inside the sink all over. I called for return and the lady was keep pushing me to keep the sink and use vinegar and soap to take the stains off of it, but I refused to do that because I didn’t want to damage it further. She tried to convince me at least 17 minutes. Finally when she realized I was not gonna try anything like that she send the return label. After receiving the label I drop the sink at the FEDX. But never received refund. After two weeks I call and the lady name harmony did great job she helped me to get my refund as well as order the new sink.
