Eddie Bauer

Eddie Bauer started as an outdoor clothing and sporting goods chain Headquartered in Redmond, Washington and a subsidiary of Eddie Bauer Holdings (formerly Spiegel, Inc.), the company was founded in Seattle in 1920 as "Eddie Bauer's Sport Shop" by its namesake, Eddie Bauer. Since the company's inception more then 50 merchandising lines have been expanded on incorporating the Eddie Bauer name, including Eddie Bauer's "Baby by Eddie Bauer." Companies with a partership or license with Eddie Bauer are the Ford Motor Company, Giant Bicycle and Lens Crafters. These partnerships enable companies to integrate and use the profitable Eddie Bauer name on their products. "Baby by Eddie Bauer" is one of the companies newest lines launching in 1998. The line can be found all over the world in over 400 independent stores, including Wayfair.
