Designed exclusively for Delta faucets.
The original spout was manufactured with a seam down the back which caused, over time, a pin hole sized leak. The replacemnet spout does not appear to have the same seam and most likley will not leak. Also it was very easy to replace.. Bruce. Montpelier, Vermont. Mon Jan 07 2008
