The direction of the hot, as directed, seems odd and doesn't match display, but fits with installation color coding. The faucet works well, looks nice, and otherwise installed well. Love the magnet on the pull away faucet. The Venetian bronze is dark with copper flecs.

I bought this faucet in Oil Rubbed Bronze for our new kitchen remodel. The handle to regulate the flow and temperature is terrible. It's very hard to just get cold, warm or hot water. It's a pain to have to gently push and push to get the right temperature. And in the hot position, it's too hot. There's no happy medium. I do not recommed this faucet and would return it if it didn't entail a plumber and his cost, and then having to find a replacement that matches the soap dispenser.

I am happy with my purchase. It arrived as it was described and it is well made. I would recommend this to others looking for a similar item.

Husband just installed without much difficulty. Looks great with my new granite! Have only used it for a day, but so far, so good.

The faucet looks perfect in the Kitchen we just finished. The style, size, everything worked out and the price was really reasonable.

Beautiful faucet - we got the oil-rubbed bronze and the metal is very nice. Head is plastic but overall heavy duty and works very well. Easy to install.

Everything worked perfect right out of the box. Love the magnetic catch on the pull down for securing it back together. The arch isn't as huge as with some other faucets, which fits our sink well. Very stylish, and high quality. There is a bit of a learning curve on dialing in the water temperature, but after using it a few times it's fine.

Installation: Replaced an old, leaking Moen faucet. The first and third holes of the countertop (not the sink) were made too small by the previous installer, so the plumber had to bring a drill in to make bigger holes. Made a big mess and costed quite a bit, so make sure you do some research before purchasing this for a replacement in terms of dimension and installation. Usage: Great and stylish product - looks 50x better than old Moen faucet. Water power is stronger than old one. I love how the pull-out snaps in to place after usage. Only complaint is the control of the hot/cold. It's very difficult to get the correct temperature since very little movement causes a big change in temperature. Hopefully practice would make perfect.
