A good way for vegetables to retain their nutrients and color is to steam them as opposed to boiling them. Simply insert this steamer into a pot and the boiling water in the receiving pot provides hot steam to the steamer above. Use the receiving pot's cover on the steamer above to seal in maximum heat.

Cooking is a joy when cooking with this beautiful professional quality saute pan. This heavy-weight saute pan is equipped with a helper handle and therefore easy to handle.

If I were younger, I would buy this whole set. I have the smaller pans, which are lighter, but the larger pans, including this saute pan, are too heavy for my 71-yr. old abilities. I had to go to the double-wall, instead of the triple-wall. But these are the best I have seen as far as looks and function, especially for my induction stove.. Nancy. Clarksville, TN.
