This little thing is an absolute powerhouse - I can't even count how many dozens of cookies and batches of muffins this little workhorse has made. The digital speed feature is really convenient, it's easy to use and clean and can get through some pretty hefty cookie-dough. Still going strong after countless batches.
Great Hand Mixer

I have had this mixer for a couple of years. It has never failed me and seems quite powerful for my needs. Easy to keep clean looking and I like the fact that it starts out slow and builds to where there is minimal splashing of wet ingredients. I'm not a heavy baker and I only use it, at most, once a month.

My wife didn't want me to order one of these due to having the large free standing mixers. She immediately changed her mind after I made mash potatoes. This mixer works great. The mixer does ramp up its speed when it is turned on but they it slows down to the proper speed. So start it before putting it in whatever you are making.

Hard working machine. I like the slow start feature. Takes a bit of getting used to because I hit the speed instead of eject sometimes... but not the machine's fault.
Mix it up a little!

Great hand held mixer for the price. Definitely powerful and nothing less than what I was expecting from the makers of cuisinart.
Good Hand mixer

It does what a hand mixer is supposed to do.
Nice Hand Mixer

This mixer is a great supplement to a stand mixer that I have. When I just need to do something quick, this little mixer does the job. And it looks great on the kitchen cart, too.
The best I've ever owned

I've been using this now for over a year. I had seen it promoted on Cook's Country as being the best hand mixer and I have found it to be true.
So far so good!

I LOVE my new hand mixer! I have a stand mixer that belonged to my grandmother, and I don't often want to drag it out of the cupboard because it's so heavy - and it tends to smell like burning rubber if I'm using it for a long time. The hand mixer is so easy to use: it mixed my cake batter quickly and easily, is lightweight enough so that I can hold it while mixing, stands upright nicely in between mixing phases (alternating adding ingredients and such), and is a snap to clean.
Very happy to own this mixer!

I have had this mixer for about 3 weeks now and have been thrilled with its performance so far. My mashed potatoes are light and fluffy, it cuts through butter and cream cheese with ease, and it whips cream in a tiny fraction of the time it took with my old mixer. I love the whisk attachment and have used it for both cream and making meringue; it accomplishes both tasks very efficiently. I also appreciate the beater design (with no middle posts) - it prevents buildup of batter in the centre of the beater while mixing, and also makes cleanup a lot easier. All in all, a powerful mixer that makes routine kitchen tasks quick and easy!(Note: I received a $55 gift certificate from Wayfair towards the purchase of this mixer, however this does not influence my review of the product in any way).
