Product is great, description is deceiving. Advice from Service Rep sucks. When you read and look at the picture in the catalog, I thought I was getting curtains and valance. I also thought the rod was included for the approximate cost quoted. When packages arrived, all I received were two curtain panels and no valance. You don't need a rod for the panels so I called again to complain and that is when it was explained the valance was not included and that I did not need the rods. I returned the rods and had to pay return shipping. Had it been explained properly the first time the rods would not have been ordered and I may not have purchased the curtains without the valance.
