Very well packaged. Was able to call manufacturer and purchase more chain. Waiting for electrician to hang it. It is VERY heavy. Not giving it 5 starts because I'm disappointed in the color of the glass. It is a light peach and the pictures don't show that. I was expecting more alabaster.. Cbandc. Avondale, AZ. Tue Feb 02 2021
