Ordering was simple, staff was very helpful in processing the order. AMAZINGLY gorgeous sink! EXACTLY what we were looking for. The back side of the ceramic sink is unfinished as stated in description, not sure why they made it this way, other than to glaze it they needed a flat side to do so. For waterproofing reasons, having all sides finished would've been nice though. Sink arrived within days of order, very quickly, was very well packaged from the manufacturer in Italy. The only minor issue was with FEDEX giving us excuses why they couldn't wait on us to inspect it to ensure all was well before they left our property. Very pleased with the sink and transaction!. Very nice sink. Fit perfectly with the cabinets and sat right on the joining cabinet seems. I bought the sink, the faucet, the cabinet hardware, and the countertop tile all at WAYFAIR. Shipment packaging was strong and secure. Would have been tough for Fed Ex to damage this. I ordered the no hole option for a 2 faucet setup. In have not installed yet, but the basin sloping inward on each side is not as shallow as I thought, which means, (although close together), this sink could be used by 2 people at the same time with 2 wall mounted faucets.. It's a perfect fit for a small bathroom. We've always had to purchase a 24in wide sink but thankfully someone realised, especially in a small bathroom, that there is a way to have more countertop room. It's just so nice to be able to utilize every inch of what you have available. It is a beautiful, well made, modern sink and we are very pleased with the result.
