This cake pan with lid is great! I now have a cake pan with a high lid that I can bake a cake and pile on the frosting and place the lid on without the top touching the frosting. The cake also comes right out of the non-stick cake pan surface real well. The price was great also. The lid fits very tight, but after a while you will get the hang of how to remove it. I highly recommend this to anyone who bakes wants to take their cakes, etc. to pot lucks, etc."..." Read more

Silver cake pans are hard to find. They cook more even and are less likely to burn like the dark non stick cake pans that you buy today. They don't scratch either. I was thrilled when my pan arrived. I make rolls from scratch almost everyday.I can count on this pan to give me the results I am looking for EVERY time.Nicely brown on the bottom and NO sticking.
