The color is a warm expresso with the hint of cherry. I have a variety of things on it, and it keeps it from looking messy. The stylish legs add a little something to keep it from looking like just any bookcase. Easy assembly. Did it by myself in just a hour with many phone interruptions. I do like the Bush quality compaired to many other brands. It was boxed well and all the parts were there, except the screw covers, which Bush will send me. I have some Bush bookcases I have had 12 years that have moved all over with me, and they came through it well."..."  Read more

I put this bookcase together easily and use it in my bedroom to hold the TV and photos of the family. The strips that face the front of the bookcase were damaged and I called Bush and I was sent replacements within a week. I'm very happy with my purchase."..."  Read more

Last year I got two bookcases for my home office. I am so happy with the appearance. Recently I got another one for my kids room. It looks like solid wood book case. Since it is tall 5 rack case, i had to nail this book case on the wall to make it safer for my kids. The manufactures should consider to supply a hook to attach book case with the wall to avoid failing on the floor, for safty reasons."..."  Read more

Although the product is manufactured wood, it is one of those sturdy ones. High quality manufactured wood. The backend is a cardboard. It does have nail holes which I like because I can use it as guides instead of randomly banging nails. The shelfs have grooves in the bottom so that it won't slide out if you put them on top of the metal hidges. This is the first time I seen this feature which I think is great. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 is that I wished the shelves are a little bit longer."..."  Read more
