The product is great, well built, comfortable and all my dealings with Wayfair have been good. Wayfair goes out of their way to provide good service and provide quality products. One of the best on-line companies I have dealt with.
The delivery company, Home Direct, is a different experience. What a sorry bunch from the home office to the delivery people. Can't get them to tell you anything. When they get here they tell you they are going to charge you extra to unload and setup even though the agreement is to setup and assemble the furniture. They are too lazy or too ignorant to actually pick the boxes up but instead they slide them across my wood floors doing hundreds of dollars of damage. When 30 minutes was up they left boxes in the hall way still unpacked. Worst delivery experience ever. There must be some way to get good companies from using such a sorry delivery company. I usually just let bad experiences go and move on - but I'm not done with Home Direct USA yet!
