Bayou Classic 28" Reversible Griddle

We used it a few times and it does what it supposed to do. Its durable and makes cooking on it a dream. A bit ackaward to clean because of its size and weight but overall a great product

My fiance bought me this for Christmas, and I was very excited to try it. I used it once, and it cracked in three places. It's huge too, and weighs a TON! I don't know how you could use it for camping, because the heat would be so uneven that it would probably crack over a fire for sure. I had it over both of my burners, and apparently that is not even enough heat, I can't imagine use for this monster that would provide a completely even heat application.

I find it cooks bacon great without shrinking. Cheesesteaks are easy with this product. Pancakes a breeze

We use this for camping and it works perfectly. It is big enough to be cooking multiple foods at once.
