If there is a 4.5 stars option, I would rate it as that. But it is DARN close to a 5! Pros: Custom fit to growing baby, neutral colors, high quality material & detailing, comfortable, intuitive and easy to use, loved by baby and carriers! Cons: Lots of clips & buckles (but if you want custom fit, that's just the trade off you need to deal with) I love this carrier. It is our favorite! Within five minutes of opening the box, I was able to read the instructions (lots of helpful pictures), figured out how to use the carrier, and baby was happily smiling being worn. This has never happened with any of the other carriers. (If you would like to see the carrier in action, look for their video on YouTube.) Other carriers we have tried in the past: Moby, Baby Bjorn, Ergo, Boba (our second favorite...it's just our baby isn't big enough for it yet), various pouch slings, Baby K'tan, Infantino Easyrider, and Hugamonkey. I bought this carrier after someone suggested it to me. At first I was a little apprehensive since I was a first time baby-wearer. The Baby K'tan ended up being the perfect carrier for me because I liked the look of other wrap style carriers but I was afraid of the long fabric. Once the carrier came, I was still a little worried if I would get it or not. When I first started and I was nervous and I think my baby could feel my lack of confidence because she was a little cranky the first two tries. After I got the hang of it, its like she melded right into it and fell asleep. After some studying and a few tries, both me and my baby fell in love with it! I used the one shoulder type carriers in the past with my previous children but purchased this carrier for this baby. I am so glad I did! It has been wonderful and works well.
