Area Rugs

I'm so glad I risked ordering the Terrace Freeport Area Rug. I ended up using it to stage an enclosed back porch that previously had been filled with boxes, floor to ceiling. It now resembles a Mediterranean patio cafe, and everyone LOVES it! The area rug successfully grounds the entire space, and I don't have to worry about the humidity from heavy spring rains. I have this rug in my living room. It has shades of blue and tan. I love the navy in the rug! It is an indoor-outdoor rug but is soft to the touch. It is stain resistant, which is great. One piece of advice: when you first bring it into an enclosed space, leave the windows open as much as you can for about a week in order to air out the chemicals from the manufacturing process. We installed this rug in the family room, which needed something to warm things up and tie the room together. The rug is nice and thick, and the colors and designs are attractive. This rug would also work in a more formal room. Its fine with contemporary and older furnishings."..."  Read more
