Replaced a too-expensive stainless steel one which had started to leak because it has a plastic union which cracks over time. Probably, like us, about the time when you will be thinking about replacing the sink. This is an amazingly cheap way of solving the problem and tiding you over till when you will be replacing the whole thing. Comes with a lifetime warranty which shocked me as American Standard should probably have replaced the original unit (they wouldn't) but this was VERY inexpensive and actually works better than the original. The only problem which might arise is that the white isn't an enamel white so it wont match your sink, IF that is what you want. (I don't suppose it was designed to, - so this cant be much of a problem in the real world)"..."  Read more
