I was tired of taking extra car with my non stick set and every once in a while I'd burn something and from that point on food would stick. So I bought this stainless set and let me tell you, I can stack it without cloth protectors, can go in the dishwasher (though I always hand wash) and if you burn something, just scrub it out.
