Ultimately, the piece is ok. The material is slightly more flimsy than I expected, but it looks nice enough all put together. It is also a little wobbly with no way to level it aside from placing cardboard under the feet. When assembling, I discovered that the pre-drilled holes on the bottom piece did not align with the rest of the cabinet. I ended up having to create new holes in order for the bottom piece to attach. Lastly, it says it's from the "George Oliver" collection, but that branding doesn't exist anywhere on the product. This was an overall very easy build. It did have quite a few screws but it was definitely very manageable. It did come in slightly damaged, but with a marker im sure it won't be noticeable. I love the sleek design and the holes in the back to put your cords through to conceal them. This was super easy to put together and everything is pretty much sturdy. The glass top are easy to wipe off (I installed the matte bordered glass down leaving the “smooth” glass upward for easy cleaning.
