I thought the rack was well shipped. As far as it's components, everything seem to be quality. The wood was real, not just some pressed together garbage that will fray over the next couple of years. Also the metal supports were solid as well. Took about 25 min or so to attach the racks, supports, and back cover with a phillips screwdriver. All in all, very pleased with the rack.
