I really wanted to check out the quality of the product before actually committing to it. I have applying this over a stone floor to hopefully have a cleaner look overall. Since the actual project requires nearly 5000 sq ft I want to make sure that this project will maintain the design continuity and overall quality standard I'm looking for. That can be tricky when you want to stay under $10.00 per foot. I also had my installer give me his opinion since he's the one who's going to have to work with it. From my prospective the color is what I'm looking for, and the Herringbone design will give just enough texture in these large rooms to be interesting. A one-step formula that cleans, shines and protects in a one-time and labor-saving step. This product is safe to use on Forbo Marmoleum products. It is also non-toxic, bio-degradable, and has no harsh chemicals.

This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first. Item shipped fast, was packaged almost too well but it still came with chips in the corners of some of the pieces. I was surprised with how well it was packaged and wrapped that it had chips and dings in it. **Update: I received a new package that came with no chips or dings! FloorFix Mix2Match Repair Kit was developed as a custom repair solution for wood, laminate and cork floors. This kit allows you to repair many different types of damage on flooring, countertops, cabinets, molding and furniture. The FloorFix Kit contains five different pigments to allow for endless color combinations, all assisted by the included 20 color formulas and instructions customized for wood and gray tones. The beige acrylic based putty is designed to not only fill the damage and harden, but to adhere and flex along with the floor in its changing conditions. This means that the filler will not break up or pop out of the repaired surface. The enclosed booklet includes both simplified and detailed instructions for repairing damage, as well as tips on applying an easy grain or marbling effect. Great for DIY and professionals.
