Looks sharp and feels like a much more expensive system than it is. The matte black finish holds up well and the overall design is clean and modern especially with the dual heads. The rainfall head gives a nice, even coverage, and the handheld is useful without feeling like an afterthought. Pressure is consistent, and the temperature control is stable once set. Installation is not beginner-level. You’re dealing with plumbing inside the wall, so plan accordingly or hire it out. I purchased this not to replace a water haven set-up but just to replace same shower head (without ball connector) to the shower arm with ball socket. At the time I didn't know the shower arm was standard connection to the riser so a replacement arm and replacement head would have worked rather than this kit. The kit worked but after unscrewing the ball socket from the shower arm the adaptor wasn't able to be threaded because the points of the hexagonal nut protruded too far so I filed them down until it threaded in.
