I’ve been using this office chair for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m very happy with it. The quality is excellent, and the seat is incredibly comfortable, even for long hours of work. One unique feature I really appreciate is the coat hanger on the back of the headrest—it’s a thoughtful touch you don’t see often. The adjustable armrests are also a great feature, as they can be easily raised or lowered to fit different desk heights or personal preferences. However, there are a couple of downsides that keep this from being a perfect 5-star product. The chair rolls *very* easily on tile, making it almost too sensitive to movement. I’ve had to get a mat to keep it in place. Additionally, the assembly process was time-consuming—it came in a lot of pieces, and putting it together took longer than expected. That said, once it’s set up, it’s a solid, comfortable chair with some nice extra features. well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. Exactly as expected. This chair was easy to assemble, the pieces were simple and the instructions were straightforward. The assembly seems sturdy and holds my 175lb son with ease. I bought it for his desk in his room so a pad for under the chair will probably be beneficial but it glides nicely on our hardwood floors. This is a nice chair that is comfortable and gets the job done. Most aspects are adjustable like the arms that raise the lumbar support (albeit little support and small adjustable range). It will not blow you away or impress with high quality, but it is not cheap. It lands somewhere in the middle of the quality spectrum. For example the lumbar support (pictured) along with the neck and some other key parts are just plastic and not incredibly sturdy. The base arrived well packed and bubble wrapped but still came with dings scratches (pictured) and the base cover slip is a very cheap ( dirty) piece of plastic that is meant to be permanently placed there per the instructions but appears a bit tacky. However the chair is very sturdy, and the wheels glide very well. The seat is a large base that has plentiful cushion and is a very comfortable seat.
