Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Looks to be a great product. Transolid needs to improve the packaging. Ours arrived with damage to one corner which fortunately will be hidden once installed and should present no problems in future. I haven't installed it yet, so I dont know how easy that is, but it was packaged really well. The box was a little beat up but there's actually another box inside of it so there was no damage to the shower pan. It's super heavy and feels really nice.
