We really like the desk and the installer did a great job. Our only issue is that we asked if there was a lip on the keyboard and we were told "The Latitude Run 59" desk features a flat, lip-free keyboard tray designed to slide out smoothly rather than adjust in height or tilt". That is incorrect, there is a lip which I suppose helps the keyboard from sliding off but, it is also very uncomfortable while typing for any length of time.
