Our TV cabinet arrived quickly and was packaged very securely. It comes in two boxes and it is very heavy, so you might need two people to carry it in. The instructions were good and all the pieces were there, which isn't always the case, so very happy with that. It is not an easy assembly, but there are moving parts and a lot of smaller pieces, so that's not a surprise. At one point we needed two people to stabilize a section while tightening some screws, but for the most part, it's a one person job taking maybe 3-4 hours if you're not experienced. The look is nice. We got the light oak color and it's a little lighter than I expected, but looks good. The most important part is that it works perfectly. We haven't installed the TV yet, but the remote works and it slides up and down effortlessly. The only slight minus is that the remote has no instructions or directions. It took 43 minutes to assemble. Its lightweight but sturdy. It looks like solid wood and very good quality. I appreciate how they packaged the hardware needed. You will need a screwdriver. Lorps did a great job assembling this unit by himself. It took him 3hrs and 15 minutes to complete this unit but was given 90 minutes to complete and your representatives kept interfering with nuisance call s and texts asking when he would be done. Whoever assigned this job and time limit given initially clearly had no insight into how difficult this project is done solo. Treating your help this way shows ignorance and lack of respect for the worker. Lorps never paused the whole time he was here and had to create some reposting of the unit to hold pieces together while other pieces were being assembled.
