It's a VERY pretty fan. The blades are a very light gray wash look - high end. I got the Nickel finish motor. On/off via light switch and then the remote controls everything. Most fans I run at speed 1 for sleeping and that creates some air movement. But this fan doesn't push a lot of air, so i have to use speed 2 or 3 to get the same effect. This is in a guest room, which is rarely used, so that's fine for my needs. But if you need a fan that REALLY creates a breeze in a room, this is NOT the one. (Minus a star for that).. Tamara954. However, the pieces that handle the most movement seem the be made of the plastics you’d find in the toy bin at the bargain store when you’re running late for a child’s birthday party. The remote looks very nice but feels cheaply fragile and awkward in your hand. The blades are plastic and very light and feel almost flimsy. The lights make up for all the flaws. Love the look but I tried to use 1 of them for the 1st time & it rattles. This sucks. What are we gonna do about this. Since I can't seem to get to you and tell you, I have a problem with a brand new fan and I'm not happy. Unbelievable. I need help now looks good. But it rattles and makes a funny noise like something's wrong with it. Why I need you to contact me ASAP. Cause I can't seem to find Anywhere to contact you. This fan is a multifunctional, quiet, powerful, and energy-efficient small to medium-sized fan. It is driven by a DC motor, which is very quiet in any working setting; it is equipped with a high-quality light source with three color temperature settings. In the production process, we strictly require that the quality of each accessory is qualified and high quality. When you unpack it, you will be amazed by the quality of the fan.

The fan is very sleek and could not be quieter. Just excellent. Two small things though. The specifications on Wayfair say it has "brushed bronze" blades. It does not. Thay are white, just like the body of the fan. In truth, I was thrilled, because it was pictured all white - and that's what I thought when I ordered. The second comment is that the installation guide is poor. It has a full step - with diagram - about removing six identical screws, but there's only one line about connecting the controller and all other electrical connections, with a vague picture. I'm pretty handy, but it took me some figuring. As I said though, the fan itself is awesome, so maybe the seller can correct the description and send more detailed install guide to purchasers.
