It’s what I expected! I bought in 2 different colors. I do not care about the wrinkles in it my kids are young and don’t care. It is very light weight and fluffy that’s all my kids wanted. I did wash them first before I put them on. There wasn’t a smell but you should always wash bedding before laying in it. This is a great duvet cover! It fit my new 98x98 insert perfectly, and it’s so nice having a queen duvet cover that doesn’t feel undersized because it was meant to also work on a full bed. This cover washed well and dried well on the lowest heat setting, but it did need to be pulled out and rearranged over a couple cycles. Remove it asap to avoid wrinkles. It’s very soft and looks high quality. There are internal ties on all 4 corners, plus one on the center of each side.
