I got a black quilted cover for the mixer to protect it from dust and keep its bowl clean. I had originally wondered how the Robins Egg Blue color would look in a stainless steel and black combo kitchen but it is beautiful. This mixer replaces my old Sunbeam twin beater mixer . Stable. The glass pitcher has not broken in over a month which is a plus (I've had other glass pitchers break). Pay attention to the size.
