This states that there is a footrest but it does not! The seat is quite high so a short person would have trouble hoisting themselves onto it. I'm sure it's because there is no footrest so you need to sit high for your feet to dangle if used as a transport chair. We wanted to love the rolator walker/wheelchair. Couldn't happen. The assembly instructions were awful! Even the preassembled pieces were not correct. The footrest might work for a small 12 year old. Otherwise the footrest angles too high for comfort, even for a 5'3" 130# woman. The angle is not correct. One of the main reasons we selected this walker/wheelchair was the claim of the weight of 15.6 pounds. It weighs 20 pounds. Those 4+ pounds make a difference for a person with respiratory issues. Please think about it before you buy this. It's very cute. My adult daughter sat in it and the wheel actually broke off before we even moved about two feet. She is not overweight.
