4 Piece Wood Knife Set

The Viking 17pc Cutlery Set is designed for the home chef continuing to refine their cutlery handling skills. Featured in the set are both the most commonly used everyday knives like a Chef Knife, and Paring Knife, plus additional styles like the Boning Knife and 5” Serrated Utility Knife, to expand your cutlery library with more advanced blades that make easy work of any culinary task at hand. The premium German steel blades are designed to deliver the ideal balance between edge retention and the ability to sharpen the blade while withstanding years of use. The heavy duty forged bolster on the handles help to balance the knife during use while protecting your fingers from sliding forward to the blade itself. The full tang triple riveted handles are ergonomically shaped to provide a secure and comfortable grip. The bolster end of the handle can also be used for crushing garlic, ginger, nuts, and more. The 16-slot cutlery block is made of sustainable Ash wood with Walnut color finish to compliment a wide variety of kitchen designs. This set includes: 8” Chef Knife, 7” Santoku Knife, 8” Carving Knife, 8” Bread Knife, 6” Boning Knife, 5” Serrated Utility Knife, 3.5” Paring Knife, 3.5” Serrated Paring Knife, 6 – 4.5” Steak Knives, 10” Sharpening Steel, Kitchen Shears, and an Ash wood block. The six steak knives are partially serrated to cut through any type of steak. The cutlery is dishwasher safe, but we highly recommend only handwashing cutlery to protect the metal and prevent the cutting edges of the blades from getting damaged in the dishwasher. This set comes with a limited lifetime Warranty. This set is the most user-friendly knife. A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip with the thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The chef's knife blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Zwilling JA Henckelsstern cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip.

High-carbon CR17 stainless steel blade. To boost its sturdiness, the steel contains 0.6-0.75 carbon. This makes it two times as hard as other knives in its class, as they contain about 0.3% carbon. Beautiful pattern: the special waved pattern blade is particularly striking (CR17 stainless steel kitchen knives, not real Damascus). Your investment is fully guaranteed. We offer a lifetime warranty and return policy. Ultra-sharp edge: it features an HRC (Rockwell hardness scale) of 57-58, which makes it among the toughest knives in its class. The thickness of this kitchen knife is 2.5mm. Ergonomically shaped handle: The blade of this chef knife is seamlessly integrated with the soft and comfortable Pakkawood handle, creating a perfect grip. The ergonomic shape strikes the right balance between the handle and the thin blade, ensuring ease of movement.
