I'm loving this board. I live in a small space with no formal kitchen. So, anytime I can combine things I need like two cutting boards in one or the addition of a knife sharpener I don't have to go searching for, I love it. So far I have been using these boards and other form the manufacture. The smaller boards I ordered from the company directly had an off gas these did not. So I am guessing they have fully cured. I bought these to try and stay away form plastics. It is always a question if the resin has any plastic in it which is hard to understand. That all said the boards are nice. This cutting board was inspired by the original boos butcher blocks that were made from a solid piece of hardwood. their product is as close to nature as you can get and has a unique story.
