No issues folding or attaching and removing the different seats quickly. The best part is that the toddler seat converts into a bassinet! I love this! I had it on my baby registry and got it before my baby was born. He’s almost 5 months and 22lbs and has fit in it great since he was born (7.5lbs). He LOVES this carseat, he frequently falls asleep in it while driving. I love the basket on bottom and the double canopy if you use the carseat in the stroller. We went to the park up the street to test it out and it's built VERY well, when we originally put it together, the back padding part kept pushing up against my wife's knees because she's much shorter so I took it off.
